In addition to competing in Dressage shows herself, Teresa spends a lot of time training students in Dressage.  Teresa's teams always do well at the Young Riders event in Iowa, thanks to the hard work of her students as well as her teaching.  Teresa also won the Coaches Sportsmanship Award in 2003, given out by the judges at the Junior Young Riders Championship in Mason City, Iowa.

Teresa's students continue to earn year end awards from Central States Dressage and Eventing and USDF.
